About the Project

Objective: Design and develop mobile and web applications to automate short-term property rentals and real estate management, as well as a cleaner's mobile terminal.

Within this project's scope, we were tasked with developing a B2C automation service for short-term property rentals, offering contactless check-in and additional services, such as property cleaning. Moreover, tools were designed for property owners to effectively manage their real estate. The success of such a venture hinges on streamlining and automating all processes related to guest acquisition, homeowner functionalities, and the direct provision of services.

To accomplish these goals, we decided to design and create a product ecosystem addressing both the business's and the clients' core needs.

Key Requirements

Guest check-in automation using remote-controlled automatic locks without the property owner's presence.
Guest verification and document check automation.
Automation of property status updates by owners in the system.
Online payment processing.
Cleaning service: A mobile terminal for cleaners, noting the start and end times of cleaning and their schedules.

Main Features

Booking Management

Bookings are available to managers in both list and calendar views. A primary classifier, the booking status, offers 7 statuses, simplifying service delivery tracking.

Guest Management

Information on each guest's bookings, documents, payments, and reviews is accessible.

Feedback and Review Management

Post-booking, reviews and ratings are collected from guests via the website and apps.

Cleaner and Cleaning Order Management

The system provides data on each cleaner and the orders they've completed. Individual work schedules, set by the cleaners themselves, are integrated.

Order Allocation

Cleaning orders are semi-automatically distributed without cleaner intervention. The allocation algorithm considers each cleaner's work schedule.

Roles and Access Limitation

To differentiate rights and access to specific functionalities, manager roles are predefined in the system. Each role is associated with certain features and access areas, ensuring a multifunctional control panel tailors work interfaces for employees with varied responsibilities.
