Participant's portal for the Kremlin Cup tennis tournament

About the Project

The annual tennis tournament gathers numerous athletes. Each participant needs to perform a set of standard actions (visa application, transfers, hotel booking, etc.). Actions are carried out upon request by the participants or their managers by providing the necessary information.

Needs

The tournament organizers need to systematize the storage and processing of requests from the participants. Each type of request has its own set of attributes and workflow. The system automates the following request types:

• Visa ordering
• Transfer ordering
• Hotel booking

Solution

A system was developed to automate request processing, consisting of a web portal for participants and a control panel for tournament organizers.

Organizers provide participants URL of register form. After undergoing a review (moderation), participants can place their requests.

Received requests are processed by organizers in the control panel. Once processed, participants receive a notification, and the results of their request are made available in their personal portal.
